TENNESSEE SALES TAX APPLIES TO ALL MERCHANDISE PICKED UP AT THE STORE.  MERCHANDISE SHIPPED TO TENNESSEE ADDRESSES WILL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO TENNESSEE SALES TAX.

All firearms purchased on this site will only be shipped to Federal Firearms Licensed Dealers within the United States according to federal law. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms has a very comprehensive web site at: http://www.atf.gov/ for further information.

Before ordering firearms, please contact a local federal firearms licensee (FFL) to make arrangements for the transfer of the firearm. Please be sure the gun you are ordering is legal in your state. The dealer will explain the local requirements including picture identification needed to complete any local requirements and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) form. FFLs normally charge a transfer fee to you. Please note that we will only ship guns within the United States.

When ordering: Enter the FFLs name, telephone number and fax number on the order form under shipping information. The FFL must  send a copy of their Federal Firearms license by fax to (931) 552-3482. Please provide this fax number to them. Ask that your name, phone number and type of firearms is written on his license before being faxed to us. It will help us to process your order more quickly.

Once your order is received, it will be matched with the copy sent by the FFL and shipped to the dealer’s address. Please contact Allen’s Gun Shop, Inc. if you have further questions or concerns
